Dimension 3 Plastics has a team of highly skilled, well-trained fabricators. With an extensive knowledge of the materials we work with, our fabricators use a variety of production techniques. These include vacuum forming, machining, cutting, bending, gluing, assembly and polishing. We can also print and apply graphics. Being a leading custom fabrication shop requires flexibility. With over 21,000 square feet, we can also handle large production runs without holding up smaller orders.

Having the tools and equipment is another big part of being able to deliver quality products. We have recently purchased a new digital sliding table saw to help our fabricators produce accurate cuts. We’ve also recently upgraded the computers in our vacuum forming machine and in three of our CNC tables. Coupled with a rigorous maintenance schedule to keep our equipment running at top performance. Ensuring our customers get high quality products without delays.

Our sales team works closely with production to ensure everything we produce is up to the standards set by our customers. With concise instructions and knowledge of material limitations our sales team is able to make decisions based on customer requirements. If a compromise is required, we will always consult and give our customers the final say.

We also work with a select group of carefully chosen sub-trades. Including metalworkers, woodworkers, painters and screen printers to offer a one-stop solution for our customers. Because custom fabrication is about our customers getting what they want.
