Large Format Graphics
Our shop is capable of producing high quality large format graphics. With our printer we can achieve resolutions up to 1440 x 720 dots per inch (DPI). We regularly use a resolution of 540 x 720 DPI. Many companies use custom colours, and we understand how important it is to produce them as accurately and consistently as possible. Our machine uses CMYK + light magenta and light cyan to achieve colours that are lifelike. And can match almost any colour. We can print on many substrates including vinyl (white or clear), banner, card stock and back lit films. Add a matte or gloss finish over top to protect from scuffs and make cleaning easier while protecting from U.V. rays.

To clean acrylic, PETG or polycarbonate use a mild dish soap and water solution. Wipe with a soft cloth. DO NOT use paper towels, dry cloth or other abrasive material. This may scratch the surface. It could also set up a static charge causing dust to stick to the surface again. Other products such as Novus #1 Antistatic (buy on Amazon), Brillianize (buy on Amazon), Methyl Hydrate or Isopropyl Alcohol can be used. But you must avoid areas with bends or polished areas, as this can cause crazing or cracks in the material. Do not use cleaners that have Ammonia. Cleaning in a dishwasher is also not recommended.
