Description
Testing, Mixing & Flow Control
We machined and fabricated this lab fitting using defect free, high quality clear acrylic. Resulting in the ability to see and record all testing and mixing processes. Components built with acrylic are light weight, more durable and less expensive when compared to similar glass parts. Also, plastic parts cut by CNC are always precise and work as intended. While acrylic is more durable than glass, it can get damaged. Depending on the damage our experts can sometimes repair the parts or recommend ways of reinforcing it. Whereas glass parts would have to be replaced. Above is a 32″ high lab fitting used to develop improved mineral extraction procedures. If you have a project that requires absolute precision and the highest quality materials, we have the qualifications and experience to do the job. Also, by choosing Dimension 3 Plastics you will be assured of complete confidentiality. Click here for contact information.

To clean acrylic, PETG or polycarbonate use a mild dish soap and water solution. Wipe with a soft cloth. DO NOT use paper towels, dry cloth or other abrasive material. This may scratch the surface. It could also set up a static charge causing dust to stick to the surface again. Other products such as Novus #1 Antistatic (buy on Amazon), Brillianize (buy on Amazon), Methyl Hydrate or Isopropyl Alcohol can be used. But you must avoid areas with bends or polished areas, as this can cause crazing or cracks in the material. Do not use cleaners that have Ammonia. Cleaning in a dishwasher is also not recommended.
