Countertop Pastry Cases
Available in 2 shelf or 3 shelf models these attractive countertop pastry cases come ready to assemble. With an all-new design, these units feature built in hinges which ensures many years of useful service. They have front and rear doors also allowing for easy loading and cleaning. To save on shipping costs each case is shipped unassembled. We also include hardware, quick assembly tool, and assembly instructions.
Our PKD-26-3 model holds 3 – 18″ x 26″ trays (sold separately). The assembled case measures 27″ wide, 19.5″ deep & 26″ tall. (Pictured Above)
Our PKD-18-2 model holds 2 – 12″ x 18″ trays (sold separately). The assembled case measures 19″ wide, 16″ deep & 18″ tall.

To clean acrylic, PETG or polycarbonate use a mild dish soap and water solution. Wipe with a soft cloth. DO NOT use paper towels, dry cloth or other abrasive material. This may scratch the surface. It could also set up a static charge causing dust to stick to the surface again. Other products such as Novus #1 Antistatic (buy on Amazon), Brillianize (buy on Amazon), Methyl Hydrate or Isopropyl Alcohol can be used. But you must avoid areas with bends or polished areas, as this can cause crazing or cracks in the material. Do not use cleaners that have Ammonia. Cleaning in a dishwasher is also not recommended.
