Vacuum Formed Barrel Lid
Vacuum formed barrel lids are designed for use on bulk food barrels. Hinged for easy product access these barrel lids also have scoop holders mounted underneath. Made from clear PETG these lids are very durable and let the customers see the product before opening. While being almost and strong as polycarbonate, PETG is more economic and will hold up for many years. We can also make these lids from other materials on request. These lids also have tapped holes on the sides for neoprene thumb screws to hold the lid in place.

To clean acrylic, PETG or polycarbonate use a mild dish soap and water solution. Wipe with a soft cloth. DO NOT use paper towels, dry cloth or other abrasive material. This may scratch the surface. It could also set up a static charge causing dust to stick to the surface again. Other products such as Novus #1 Antistatic (buy on Amazon), Brillianize (buy on Amazon), Methyl Hydrate or Isopropyl Alcohol can be used. But you must avoid areas with bends or polished areas, as this can cause crazing or cracks in the material. Do not use cleaners that have Ammonia. Cleaning in a dishwasher is also not recommended.
